Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how BlinkxBeat handles information supplied through its launch email signup form and through messages sent to contact@blinkxbeat.com. It also explains how you can ask about, receive a copy of, or remove your signup information.

Joining the BlinkxBeat email list

BlinkxBeat invites readers to join the list for listening guides, album stories, and new directions to explore in music. The signup form asks for your email address and requires you to check a box confirming: “I agree to receive email updates from BlinkxBeat.”

When you sign up, Publisher Tools 1.14.1 stores your email address in the website’s WordPress database. It also stores a duplicate-check value created from a standardized version of the address, the time of signup, the page path where you signed up, the consent wording you accepted, and the record’s collection status. The stored page path does not include query strings or page fragments.

The form uses basic anti-spam checks and short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit repeated submissions. At launch, this service collects signup records for future publication updates. Newsletter confirmation, sending, and delivery features are part of a separate future setup stage.

How signup records are stored

Signup records remain in the WordPress database until an authorized administrator removes them or processes an erasure request. Authorized WordPress administrators can view and export these records and remove individual entries. WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools also include signup records.

When you send us a message

If you email contact@blinkxbeat.com, your message supplies your email address, the message itself, and any attachments you include. BlinkxBeat uses this information to read, handle, and respond to your request.

Accessing or removing your signup information

You can email contact@blinkxbeat.com to ask whether BlinkxBeat holds your signup information, request a copy, or request its removal. Please identify the email address used for the signup so the relevant record can be located.
